McCain "can't send an email." another example of an attack against 'The Rest of the World' outside their little bubble.

[John K. Matyi] Let me make myself perfectly clear. I am not looking for a 'gotcha' moment, but this Obama ad has infuriated me and I'm going to tell you why.
Boston Globe - March 4, 2000. McCain's severe war injuries prevent him from combing his hair, typing on a keyboard, or tying his shoes. Friends marvel at McCain's encyclopedic knowledge of sports. He's an avid fan - Ted Williams is his hero - but he can't raise his arm above his shoulder to throw a baseball.
So is the Obama campaign ad against the elderly, or is it they don't like the disabled. Maybe it is just disabled veterans or POW's; or veterans in general? As I have mentioned before when McCain was shot down over North Vietnam he suffered from injuries from the crash, and then again when he was attacked by Vietnamese citizens on the ground. His 'guards' finally left him to die in a cell with two other prisoners, but because of his strong will to live, love of country, and belief in God he survived. He did not receive proper medical care for 62 months! To make matters even worse he was tortured almost until the day he left Vietnam.
I was wounded on June 27, 1967, received medical care the next day, and I still have considerable problems with daily living activities. There is no comparison when you look at my injuries compared to John's. But are you beginning to see why I am infuriated by the 'not-so hidden' agenda behind this recent ad.
In retirement, I now continue with my one time avocation for computers by working with mostly doctors who are now retired, helping them with their computer needs. One of the retired physicians I work with will be 76 this month. I often accuse him of being a geek as he enjoys being on the 'Bleeding Edge' of technology.
He travels all over the country with his now second Dell laptop (his wife got it for him for his 75th birthday) as an expert witness for burn patients. He is a retired surgeon. The only difference between him and John McCain is that he is physically able to type and raise his arms. Am I getting my point across? How many of you reading this have a grandfather or grandmother, a father, or even a friend who although well into their 60's or even their 90's (like John McCain's mother who is 96) are still the one you go to for advice and counsel.
I am frequently reminded by the actions and words of Barack Obama, his VP pick, or his many surrogates that they live and breath inside their liberal bubbles. No room for the elderly, the disabled, or women that do not follow their liberal doctrine. No room for veterans who remain patriotic, or anyone that marches to a different beat. Obama may want to convince the world (and I do mean world) that he is "The One," or that he has the experience to be our next President and Commander-in-Chief. But if you live in 'Fly-Over Country,' cling to your weapons and religious beliefs; or just have arthritis, then you are out-side of that bubble and he will not be representing you.
Are your loved ones of any age who choose not to be addicted to computers and emails "Out of Touch' with the rest of America ? Is this the next litmus test for political office? I don't think so, and I'm sure you don't either.
Remember the ad: "I am Barack Obama and I approve this message?" Well I am John K. Matyi, and I not only approve my message, I wrote it. No surrogates here.
