[John K. Matyi] For those of you who read this blog on a regular basis you already know my strong beliefs regarding the issue of abortion. As you know there are at least 2 possibly 3 Supreme Court judges that will retire in the next 4 years. Whoever is in the Whitehouse will make that selection. That is why this issue is so political. If you believe that abortion should be legal and safe, watch these videos. If you believe that abortion should not be legal, watch these videos and then send them to every woman of child-bearing age that you believe may be thinking about having this "out-patient surgery."

Whenever I either write or talk about abortion the most common response that I get is, "You are a man, you have nothing to say about this, no decision." Well, the last I heard a woman cannot create a new life without the help of the male of the species. Even sperm banks could not do business without that help. I think that gives me the authority to speak on this issue.

In looking at numerous websites today I found this statement on one site that "specializes in late term abortions, over 24 weeks."

"Women and Families are intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and ethically competent to struggle with complex health issues — including abortion — and come to decisions that are appropriate for themselves."

Do you believe that all woman are "competent" to make this decision? Especially when it is the abortion industry that has control of the media and therefore the only information she may get in this very emotionally packed time is from those who profit from abortion?     Add Comment

[Part1of 4] This is a composite of ambulance calls to Aware Woman abortion clinic in Melbourne, Florida. It shows the tragic results of botched abortions. Countless women have been injured at Aware Woman and other abortion clinics throughout the United States where abortion is legal but not safe.

The last frame of the video shows the abortionist who injured these women. Aware woman abortionist William Philip Egherman was trained by Martin Haskell, the inventor of partial birth abortion.

The bomb squad vehicle is the one with ramps on the back for their bomb handling robot. Notice the neighborhood school children walking by from their school bus stop within sight of the bomb squad truck as the bomb squad does their job.

[Part 2 of 4] The video is overlaid with audio from the actual 911 calls and one message left on our answering machine by one young woman whose abortion at Aware Woman went terribly wrong.

Whether you are pro-life or "pro-choice," the simple fact of the matter is that abortion is dangerous. It kills the innocent unborn child and damages the woman physically, emotionally and spiritually.

In part two of this series, we asked Pat McEwen Ph.D. some intriguing questions:

"What is pro-life sidewalk counseling?"

Dr. Pat concludes with several documented examples of complications that commonly occur during an abortion and can permanently injure a woman.

The pro-abortionists have thus far shunned debates on this issue constantly because all the scientific, statistical and medical information shows that abortion is never safe.

[Part 3 of 4] In part 3 of this series, Pat McEwen Ph.D. focuses on some of the local abortion doctors who have performed abortions in Melbourne, Florida and elsewhere. Shockingly, they have left a trail of dead and injured women.

One abortion doctor went to jail for extortion, had his license to practice medicine suspended and had his chain of abortion clinics shut down for violation of health code and legal procedures.

Two other local abortion providers turned on each when one tried to open a clinic that would have competed with the other. So much for keeping abortion "safe, legal and rare"!

Finally, Dr. Pat examines the link between abortion and breast cancer. She answers the propaganda campaign by Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers claiming that there is no evidence to suggest a link between abortion and cancer.

[Part 4 of 4] In part four of the series, Lydia Baker of Florida Outreach Childbirth Education talks about her work with teenagers and women in crisis pregnancies. Together with Dr. Pat McEwen, she explains the various life threatening complications that can result from an abortion.

Common complications resulting from an abortion include: infection, excessive bleeding, embolism, perforation of the uterus, anesthesia complications, convulsions, hemorrhage, cervical injury, and endotoxic shock.

Sadly, many women are injured each year and some even die because they have bought the lie. Still the pro-abortion industry will not face the facts. Abortion is legal, but it is not "safe," and it is certainly not "rare." They refuse to debate except in shrill paranoid screeds portraying peaceful protesters and sidewalk counselors as people who "want to deny women the right to choose."

On the contrary, the pro-life movement has done everything humanly possible to help mothers and fathers make the right loving choices for their baby boys and girls.

In recent months, more abortion clinics have been closed than ever before. How amazing it is that the abortion industry suddenly is collapsing in on itself!

Mark Crutcher of Life Dynamics wrote recently: "It is increasingly obvious ... our resolve is no match for their cowardice.... I want to predict that a time will come when every preacher, every priest, and every politician in America will be pushing and shoving to get to the front lines of the pro-life effort. I can even tell you when that seemingly unlikely event will occur — on the day it becomes obvious to them that victory over the abortion holocaust is at hand."
