[John K. Matyi] I have a question for all of our readers: Have you ever contacted your senator to let him/her know you were either happy or dissatisfied with their vote or a bill before congress? I know I am actually 'preaching to the choir,' because if you are reading this you are more likely to be politically active, but with a 37% approval (by the people of America) of the Nancy Pelosi pork and spend bill I have to wonder who that 37% who approve of it are. My guess is it is mostly the people who stand to benefit from a huge spending bill even if you do not pay any taxes. This of course includes illegal immigrants and those who will benefit from the earmark spending that amount to many billions of tax dollars.

I want you to listen to Glenn Beck, then if you have any questions go to the link above, find your senator, and send your questions (or comments). You will get an answer (probably written by a staff member), but more importantly your senator will know where you stand on an issue. Remember, he or she answers to you every time there is an election. Thank you for allowing me to vent my feelings, now it is your turn.
