20 States Move to Declare Sovereignty: Is the Constitution still alive and well?

 [John K. Matyi]   Nebraska State Senators Sponsoring Bill to Assert State Sovereignty is in the bar on the bottom of my screen as I watch the DVR'd Hannity show on the Fox Network. Two state senators from the state of Nebraska are pushing legislation for state sovereignty As Senator Mark Christensen stated, "We are not looking to secede...," what they are doing is trying to control the power that the Fed's have as spelled out in the 10th Amendment.  Senator Tony Fulton explained the 10th amendment to the audience and explored the "gray line" that seems to exist between the Federal Government and the State Government, but pointing out "... that it is gray does not mean that it doesn't exist.."  You can read more about Senator Mark Christensen here.
